After seeing this hilarious, yet poignant video, I felt compelled to see how other journalists perceived the incident, and true-to-form, many of them took the most negative stand they could. They threw around terms like "Jackson spazzes out at entertainment reporter!" and "Jackson destroys reporter." just to name a couple of grand exaggerations. What I witnessed, via the video, was a classy and humorous reaction to an unprepared and slightly unprofessional reporter. Yes, a man who didn't do his research and so, just threw out the name of another black man. Not only did Jackson give him some good-natured (overall) chiding, he then, eventually, finished that interview in a manner that was full and intelligent. No fits, no walking off, but a good story and a good laugh at the expense of the one who should learn by his mistake. Is that so bad?
